I was born into a traditional Fujian family, where a girl's life often came with quiet expectations—marriage, obedience, and a modest existence. As a child, I was called "Little Mouse" for being small and shy. Later, I became "Tan Hui Teng No. 2" in school—just a name on a list, not a voice to be heard.

For a long time, I lived under those labels—quiet, unsure, hidden.
Until one day, a question rose within me:
"Are you truly willing to live an ordinary life until the end?"

That question became my turning point.
I fought for the chance to study in Australia, fully supporting myself.
There, I slowly learned to speak up. To lead. To break free from silence and fear.

When I returned to Malaysia, I ventured into entrepreneurship—insurance, art galleries, new ideas, new risks. But a deeper voice remained:
True success isn't just about achievement. It's about helping others rise too.

In 2024, a life-changing retreat reawakened my path. I realised my mission was to create a space rooted in love—a place where people could come home to their true selves and support one another's becoming.

So I founded Trinity Sage and One Haven, not just as organisations, but as sacred journeys—spaces of healing, growth, and soul connection.
